We, at SAI GLOBAL FOUNDATION/DBA Kalpataru Sai Sanctuary "Sai Kripa", a Tax-Exempt, Non-profit 501(c)(3) Organization have a divine vision and mission. To provide a spiritual platform for those seeking to feel the divine within and to discover the deeper purpose of their life journey.
On September 9, 2021 we were graced to open our ‘seed’ sanctuary in San Jose, California. Here we offered meditation programs, prayer methods, Sunday bhajans, spiritual discussions with Q&A and private consultations.
Our main mission is to build a holistic Multi-faith Kalpataru Sai Temple Sanctuary for people of all faiths. We have already purchased land to build a safe and sacred environment, where those seeking to experience the Universal Divine Presence can gather in prayer and meditation for solace and relief from the multiple stresses of daily life. We will offer guidance through enriching spiritual and recreational holistic programs and workshops. These will be set in the pristine environment of a sanctuary, filled with loving compassion, tolerance and a deep understanding toward the needs of all who venture here.
The Kalpataru Sai Sanctuary will also offer unique programs for social service, to help the under privileged and needy; bringing you the opportunity to make an impact in social causes and humanity in general.
This sacred mission is primarily for providing programs which would help to facilitate and accelerate inner empowerment by touching the Divine within you, thereby helping you lead a more joyous and fulfilling life here and a blissful existence hereafter. This peaceful, spiritual space will be open for children and families also.

The SAI GLOBAL FOUNDATION, previously known as The Sai Humanitarian Institute of Learning & Healing /dba Kalpataru Sai Sanctuary "Sai Kripa", a Tax-exempt Non-profit 501(c)(3) Organization, California, was founded by Mira Sai Ma in 2001 under the guidance of Sri Sai Baba. On three occasions from 1996-2010, she was physically instructed by Sri Sathya Sai Baba into starting this divine vision and mission. She was to provide a safe, sacred, divine, spiritual platform for seekers of all persuasions, by establishing a Multi-faith Holistic Sai Temple Sanctuary in the United States.

This Holistic Sanctuary is now ready for you! It welcomes all those seeking self-realization and answers to the what and why of life and to discover the deeper purpose of their life journey. It will also offer various opportunities for those wishing to have a deeper communication with God, to come and offer their prayers and pranams to the Almighty. Their will programs offering the sacred rituals of “Archanas - Homams - Rudrabhishekams - Mantra chanting and deep meditaions with powerful “Sadhana” programs.

Here one will feel at home with the Divine Presence inside and outside one self. Designed and equipped to transport one from the mind space of worries and problems to a place of calm and peace, one will feel empowered and joyful.

At Kalpataru Sai Sanctuary - which means The Wish-Fulfilling Shelter of Sai - one can come and feel assured that one's prayers will be heard by the Divine and answered on the strength of their faith.

KSS is a spiritual space where one will find the opportunity to participate in workshops and recreational programs allowing one to discover a meaningful life with family, friends, & community.

To augment this mission we have bought land in San Jose, and are in the process of building this sacred space which will take a few years. In the meantime, we have rented a beautiful commercial space for you to have the temple sanctuary function till it gets built on the land. Here too, besides Temple Worship, we will provide various spiritual and recreational holistic projects and workshops, like yoga, meditation, spiritual talks and counseling etc. These would be offered in a pristine sanctuary environment filled with loving compassion, tolerance, and a deep understanding towards the needs of all who venture here.

The sanctuary will also offer unique programs for social service to help the under privileged and needy; bringing you the opportunity to make an impact in social causes and humanity in general.

Funds donated by you will go directly to the Sai Global Foundation, California, USA and will be used to build the permanent temple/sanctuary on the already purchased land.

About
Mira Sai Ma
Born and raised in New Delhi, India, educated in the very best Catholic convent schools of New Delhi; a Philosophy major from Lady Sri Ram College, Mira Sai’s vacation to New York in 1973 turned into a permanent move when she became the CEO of her own large scale wholesale business in New York City, USA, at the young age of 24 years; manufacturing and importing her own label of designer clothing from India for major U.S. retail stores.
​
She later moved to California and practiced as a very successful Financial Advisor, designing financial portfolios including the formation of Wills and Trusts, receiving numerous awards every year.
​
During this time, Ms. Sai known as Arti Gupta, served on the Board of Trustees at the Fremont Temple of California for four years. She also served as Vice-President of the Nargis Dutt Cancer Foundation, organizing fundraisers and sending medical equipment for cancer patients to hospitals in India. Well-known and highly respected in the Bay area and very often invited as Guest of Honor at Indian public functions, Ms. Sai was almost regularly in the news in the local Indian newspaper, radio and TV channel.

But as fate would have it, in 1994, while driving her 560SL Mercedes Benz, she was in a fatal car accident, resulting in a Near-Death Experience, taking her to the 'Other Side'. This experience with death and life after death completely changed
Mira Sai’s life, taking a 360 degree turn towards a divinely inspired spiritual life
… not one of going into the forest, but bringing the forest into her life… in essence, living in the world but not of it…

She was graced with the ultimate experience of oneness with Supreme Consciousness while she was on the ‘Other Side’, where she experienced and was “AHAM BRAHMASMI”. Through this knowing, the impermanence of life as being just a ‘Life Movie’ with an ending … became experiential and real! In a state of SatChitAnanada, she was unwillingly, sent back with the expicit command “You have to go and DO THE WORK!”

It was very natural then, for her to walk away from the impermanence of the previous wealthy, luxurious lifestyle of Arti Gupta. She was called by her spiritual master in Puttaparthi, India, to the only abode of peace she knew; the ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. With the grace of Sai Baba on her, she stayed here for five years, delving deeper into her bliss filled self, at which time, He conferred on her the name Mira Sai in a physical audience with Him.

Returning to California in 2001, Mira Sai went on to do a course in Child Developmental Psycho-Pathology at Stanford University, California and also completed World Religion studies in Ojai, California where she was ordained as an Ecumenical Spiritual Minister, conferring on her the title ‘Reverend’. At this time, she was also practicing as a very successful Realtor in N. California.

In 2001, she founded a Non-profit Charitable Org in California, the Sai Humanitarian Institute of Learning & Healing/dba Sai Foundation, (Now known as Sai Global Foundation). In 2007, Mira Sai Ma opened a multi-faith Shirdi Sai Baba/Sathya Sai Baba temple sanctuary in San Jose and named it Kalpataru Sai Nilayam. Filled with divine healing vibrations, it became known as the “Kalpavriksham,” - the wish-fulfilling Sai temple, which fulfilled the prayers of the hundreds who came there. Having the heart and compassion of a mother, Mira Sai Ma, very fondly began to be referred as Amma by all who came there.

A mystic, living in meditative divine consciousness, having had many rare experiences, Amma Mira Sai, has been graced to take many journeys into the Himalayas at highly sacred places like Kailash Manasarovar, Muktinath, Badrinath, Kedarnath, and more; bathing in almost a dozen freezing holy rivers in the mountains. She has meditated in powerful caves in the Himalayas, like Ved Vyasa gufa (cave), Vashishta gufa, Adi Shankracharya’s Samadhi (tomb) and more. The caves in Mt. Shasta, California and many Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas and a rare monastery-cave in Thailand where she sat meditating beside a 500 year-old mummified body of a monk.
A philanthropist at heart, living to Help Ever Hurt Never and Love All Serve All, Amma MiraSai, built a world-class professional recording studio inside the Prashanthi Nilayam ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba; a humble offering for furtherance of the spiritual teachings of Sai Baba to benefit mankind. She was graced in 2015, to install an RO Industrial Drinking Water plant for Puttaparthi villagers in South India, who were in dire need of clean drinking water and which delivers almost 12,000 liters of pure water per day, quenching the thirst of almost 2500 people daily.

She has personally narrated, edited and produced two professional Audio books of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s ‘Vidya Vahini’ and ‘Geetha Vahini’ and made an audio CD album called 'Sai Ananda' where she has sung devotional songs and recorded many sacred chants on You Tube. Painting and writing is also her forte and she has currently published her first book, “Enstasy – Standing Inside Oneself” written in the form of Mystical Poetry. It contains revelations of the Truths received by her, while she was on the ‘other side’ and her experiential meditations upon her return, This book Enstasy is also available as an eBook and a beautifully rendered Music Audio CD Album with sublime narration.

In the last 51 years, with the grace of her spiritual master Sai Baba, Mira Sai Ma has gained a wealth of experience in many varied areas, replete with the many trials and tribulations, the highs and lows, gains and losses, which came with fame, fortune and wealth, and which brought forth monumental courage and hidden strengths; culminating in her death accident, bringing with it… Realization of the non-permanence of it all… and the Truth of her own reality and the reality of all of Existence: which she sums up in one word…

Mira Sai Ma who has surrendered every breath of her remaining life to Sri Sai Baba, thrives on giving out unconditional love to all whom the Lord sends her way, and is currently working on her next book filled with rare divine miraculous events with Sri Sai Baba on her life journey and the wisdom gained.

With clear physical instructions and guidance from Sai Baba since 1998, she is now ready to build the KALPATARU SAI HOLISTIC SANCTUARY, a Multi-faith Sri Sai Baba Temple. Here the Sai Foundation team will establish a safe and sacred temple sanctuary according to Sri Sai Baba's guidance. This will offer enriching, spiritual, transformative and recreational holistic workshops in addition to the loving power of Baba’s Temple which will be open to people of all faiths.

Many workshops will be designed for those seeking Self-realization and wishing to discover the higher truths of life, which will assist in the journey towards attaining closeness to the Divine and the divinity within one's own self!
Some of these workshops will be held by Mira Sai Ma herself.
